In partnership with the Keny Galleries, the King Arts Complex is proud to present the exhibition, Rhythm in Relief, highlighting the incredible artistry of LaVon Williams. The art of LaVon Williams is an exploration into his personal and cultural identity. LaVon is a self-described "fifth generation wood carver" rooted in regional African American tradtion.
Williams addresses broad issues of identity and allowes his viewers to find an aspect of his work in which they find a part of themselves.
